Welcome to Paul Store, operated by Paul Foundry Technologies Pvt Ltd. By accessing this luxury ecosystem, you agree to these standard operational provisions.

1. Intellectual Property

The Paul Store platform, including the Paul Atelier engine, Style Curator algorithms, and all designer metadata, are the exclusive property of Paul Foundry Technologies Pvt Ltd.

2. Commercial Standards

Access to the wholesale luxury tier is subject to a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).

Commission rates are confidential and defined in individual MSA logs.
Member payments are processed via verified high-security terminals (Razorpay).
Delayed settlement may result in immediate suspension of Atelier privileges.

3. Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" IN ITS CURRENT ATELIER STATE. PAUL FOUNDRY TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING DESIGNER STOCK OR LOGISTICS LATENCY.

4. Jurisdiction

These provisions are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Shillong, Meghalaya shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
