Between:
incorporated under the laws of India, with its Registry Hub at:
H/W 78/22, MantraBuilding, Opp Rilbong Post Office, Rilbong, Shillong, East Khasi Hlls- 793004, Meghalaya(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)
AND
operating at the extraction point:
Survey number 42, Plot number 1, Ajinkyatara Bungalow, Wadgaon Sheri, Pune, Maharashtra 411014(hereinafter referred to as the “Partner”)
1 Collection Registry Services
The Company shall provision access to the Paul Store luxury ecosystem, providing the following specialized modules:
- Registry architecture for high-fidelity designer pieces.
- Concierge logistics and secure financial terminals.
- Atelier persona matching for bespoke fitment verification.
- AI Style Curator intelligence for hyper-personalized member briefs.
2 COMMISSION AND REVENUE SHARE
2.1 Revenue Matrix
The Partner agrees to the following commission log for all transactions facilitated via the Paul Store registry:
- ATELIER EXCLUSIVE COLLECTIONS: 20% of Gross Order Value
- THIRD-PARTY LUXURY PIECES: 5% of Gross Order Value
"Gross Order Value" refers to the total transaction log billed to the member, exclusive of statutory taxes.
3 ATELIER INTEGRITY
The Partner shall ensure all pieces registered in the collection meet the Paul Store Minimalist Luxury Standard. The Company acts as a technology intermediary and disclaims all liability for piece authenticity or logistics latency caused by designer fulfillment nodes.
