1. Luxury Protocol

Paul Store acts as a premium intermediary between elite members and designer collections. Refund eligibility is strictly defined by the nature of the luxury piece and its fulfillment status in the logistics hub.

2. Order Reversal

  • Cancellation is permitted within a 2-hour window of order placement.
  • Bespoke or personalized Atelier orders are non-cancellable once sizing verification is complete.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are issued for:

  • Designer non-fulfillment
  • Verified logistics failure
